Avocado dip | Gaucamole

A dip of Mexican origin where the pulp of avocado forms the base of a very refreshing and healthy dip.

Prep time: 10 minutes

Total time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 tablespoon yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon chopped parsely
  • 1 teaspoon chopped jalapeno peppers
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon grated garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Cooking Directions


Cut open the avocado remove the pit and mash the pulp in a glass bowl. Add rest of the ingredients and mix well. Serve with vegetable wedges or tortilla chips
