Serves 2 or 3

Preparation Time: 4 hours (chickpea soaking)
Cooking Time: 20 minutes (to cook chickpeas in pressure cooker)


Ingredients:

  • 2 cups boiled chickpeas
  • 3 tablespoon tahina
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for garnishing
  • Salt to taste


Method:

  • Combine all ingredients in a chopper and grind to a smooth paste.
  • Check the seasoning and pour out in a serving dish.
  • Serve chilled with olive oil drizzled on top as a dip.
