Pineapple dessert


  • 6 pineapple rings (small tin)
  • 1/2 cup chopped pineapple (tin)
  • 160 gm nestle cream ( or 1 cup thick cream)
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk ( 1/2 of big tin)
  • 1 packet pineapple jelly
  • 2 cups whipped cream ( 1 sachet dreamwhip powder in 1/2 cup cold milk)


1) Dissolve jelly in 1 cup boiling water, mix well till granules dissolve ,set aside and cool.
2) whip up the whipping cream till peaks are formed. Keep in refrigerator.
3) In a mixer add pineapple rings (6), nestle cream and condensed milk whip up till u get a smooth mixture. Then add prepared jelly and blend again. At this point u will get a liquidy mixture.
4) Pour out the pineapple mixture in a big bowl and slowly stir in the whipping cream. Do not over mix but gently fold it in with help of a spoon. Finally add the chopped pineapple pieces.
5) Set the dessert in individual serving cups or in a springform baking pan. Let it set in the refrigerator for at least 5 to 6 hours.
