Cucumber dosa




Ingredients


  • 1 cup white rice (soaked for 4 hrs)
  • 1 big cucumber peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup fresh coconut grated
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 3 to 4 green chillies chopped
  • Salt to taste


Method:


  1. Blend all ingredients together in a mixer with enough of water to make a smooth runny batter.(consistency should be very thin)
  2. Heat a non stick pan, grease with oil and pour a ladle full of batter on pan and rotate the pan to even out batter all over and make thin pancakes. Cook on medium heat for 3 min with lid on. 
  3. When cooked fold the pancake into a triangle shape or as you wish and serve hot with any chutney of you choice or with sour cream.

  2. no need for the ferment? do we need to make dosa immediately after grinding??
