Method to make frankies:

  1. Take a tortilla (roti) and place on a hot pan. Spread a thin layer of beaten egg about 1 tbsp over the roti on both sides and cook till u get a golden glaze. Remove from heat.
  2. Now take the egg coated roti and spread mint chutney all over. Place 2 tbsp of chicken mixture and some salad and neatly roll the roti and stick the end part with raw egg.
  3. Once again place this roll on hot pan and slightly roast on all sides.
  4. Serve hot.

Serves 5 to 6

Tips: You can add any filling of your choice instead of chicken, like paneer, mix veg, mutton, mince.
Can also add some grated cheese to make it more rich.
