Spicy Raita (Yogurt Dip)





Spicy Cucumber Raita A yogurt based dip with chopped salad of your choice and seasoned with spices.
Serves 4

 Ingredients: 


  • 1 cucumber chopped
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 1 small tomato chopped 
  • 1 green chili finely chopped 
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander leaves 
  • 4 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions: 


  Mix everything in a large mixing bowl and then transfer to a serving dish. Cover with a cling wrap and refrigerate for 30 min. Serve chilled with Biryani or Tikkas.
