Hyderabadi Pudding








You will need:


  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup dry khoya or powdered milk
  • 1 1/2 cups eggs (keep breaking eggs into the the cup till the quantity is reached)
  • 3/4 cup melted ghee
  • 3/4 cup powdered almonds (peeled)


Method:

1) Preheat oven to 160deg C. Grease a 8" by 8" baking pan.
2) Combine all the above ingredients in a big bowl and beat well with an electric beater or by hand till the mixture is smooth without any lumps.
3) Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and bake in the oven for 40 to 45 min.
4) Keep checking after 30 min by inserting a skewer. When the skewer comes out clean remove the pudding and leave aside to cool.
