Oreo Cheese Cake Shots






Ingredients:
  • 300 grams Philadelphia cream cheese (or any other cream cheese)
  • 200 gms condensed milk
  • 3 cups of whipped cream.
  • 12 Oreo biscuits crushed
  • Grated dark chocolate for garnishing.
  • 8 Oreo biscuits for garnishing.
Method:
  1. Take a large mixing bowl and whip the cream cheese using a cake beater until it becomes light and fluffy.
  2. Slowly add condensed milk and blend well.
  3. Add 1 cup of whipped cream to the cheese mixture and mix lightly.
  4. Finally add 1 cup of crushed Oreo biscuits, mix well and stuff it into a large piping bag.
  5. Take 8 shot glasses or any serving dish and make layer of crushed Oreo biscuits in each shot glass.
  6. Make a second layer of cream cheese mixture using a piping bag.
  7. Make a third layer of remaining whipped cream also using a piping bag.
  8. Finally garnish each shot glass with grated chocolate and Oreo biscuits.
  9. Set it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
Tips:
  • Bring cream cheese to a room temperature before whipping.
  • Crush Oreo biscuits along with its cream filling. This way you do not need to add any sugar and butter.
  • How to make whipping cream? Take a deep narrow bowl and pour 250 ml of chilled double cream. Using a cake beater, beat the cream for 2 minutes on medium speed and for 1 more minute on high speed till the cream becomes thick and peaks appear. You can also add a sachet of any whipping cream powder to the cream (optional).
  • In case if you find that cream is not thickening, just keep the bowl of cream in the refrigerator for sometime and again whisk it.
