Creamy Chicken Sandwich





Ingredients:

  • 6 slices of sandwich bread
  • 1 cup boiled and shredded chicken
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp tahina sauce (sesame paste)
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • Salt 

Method:

1) Mix all the above ingredients in a medium bowl. Taste and check the seasoning. You can also add some shredded carrots if you wish.



 2) Take a slice of bread, spread the chicken mixture and place the other slice over it. Slightly toast on a hot pan and serve.

ANOTHER HIT RECIPE OF YOURS FOR MY KIDS, I HAVE TRIED THIS MANY TIMES BEFORE WITH ANOTHER RECIPE WHICH INCLUDED ALL INGRIDIENTS EXCEPT TAHINA , AS WE ALL KNOW TIL IS VERY GOOD FOR HEALTH ,I WAS HAPPY TO INCLUDE IT SINCE WE HARDLY USE IT IN OUR DIET, I ROASTED AND GRINDED IT AND MIXED IT WITH THE CHICKEN MIXTURE INSTEAD OF READYMADE TAHINA MIX. AND MY KIDS DINT REALISE I ADDED IT AS THE TASTE WAS VERY GOOD

  2. Very nice recipe..how to boil the chicken? When I boil it becomes hard.

    1. Chicken becomes hard only if you boil it for too long. Once the water starts boiling add chivken pieces and cook for 20 minutes. In India it takes a long time so its better to boil in a pressure cooker. Use bone pieces or thighs for softer texture.
