Chicken Tikka Breakfast Subway Sandwich



Serves 3
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking & Assembling time: 10 minutes
level: Very easy 


Ingredients

  • 3 Italian long buns of 6" each
  • 2 cups of boneless chicken tikka pieces chopped
  • 6 slices of cheddar cheese (or more)
  • 1 cup scrambled egg (optional)
  • 1 cup chopped iceberg lettuce (or any other)
  • 2 tomatoes sliced
  • 1 cup pickled jalapenos
  • 1 cup sliced capsicum
  • 1 cup sliced white onion
  • 1/2 cup sliced olives (optional)
  • Bottle of mustard sauce
  • Bottle of thousand island sauce
  • Garlic sauce (optional)
  • Any other sauce of your choice
  • Homemade sauce (2 tbsp tomato sauce + 2 tbsp Mayonnaise +1 tbsp mustard sauce)

Method:


 Layer chicken pieces and scrambled egg on the bun.




 Arrange cheese slices and bake in a preheated oven at 200 deg C for 5 minutes or till cheese melts.





 Remove the buns from oven and arrange all the salad ingredients of your choice and drizzle on top with the sauces of your choice.



 Wrap the sandwiches in a sandwich paper or cling wrap and serve.
