Mango Salsa









Ingredients:

  • 1 large mango chopped
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1 small green bell pepper chopped (capsicum)
  • 1 red bell pepper chopped
  • 1 cucumber finely chopped
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 clove of garlic grated
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • Salt as per taste

Directions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients together and mix well.
  2. Chill the salsa in the refrigerator for some time and then serve.
