Chicken tikka rolls




Ingredients:

  • 1 cup shredded chicken tikka
  • 1 small onion sliced
  • 2 lettuce leaves chopped
  • 1 tomato sliced (deseeded)
  • 1 capsicum julienned
  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon mustard sauce
  • 2 pickled jalapeno peppers. (mild green chilies)
  • 2 maida or whole wheat rotis or rumali roti
Method:
  1. In a bowl mix together mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, mustard and pickled peppers.
  2. Take a roti spread the mayonnaise mixture all over it. On one side keep the shredded chicken, onion, capsicum, tomatoes, and lettuce. 
  3. Roll over the roti and tuck its one end with a tooth pick and place it on a hot grill pan. Remove the tooth pick cut it diagonally and serve hot.
