Hash Brown




Ingredients:

1 large potato
1 medium onion
50 grams cheddar cheese
2 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 green chilli
1 teaspoon grated garlic
50 grams butter
Pinch of nutmeg
Salt to taste
Pinch of pepper
1 teaspoon lemon juice


Method:

Boil the potatoes until 80% cooked, grate and set aside.
In a sauce pan, heat some butter add grated garlic, onion and fry till soft and then add rest of the ingredients.
Add this mixture to the potatoes and set it in a baking dish. Sprinkle cheese over it and bake for 15 min at 100 deg c.
