Pineapple dessert


6 pineapple rings (small tin)
1/2 cup chopped pineapple (tin)
160 gm nestle cream (or 1 cup thick cream)
1 cup sweetened condensed milk ( 1/2 of big tin)
1 packet pineapple jelly
2 cups whipped cream (1 sachet dream whip powder in 1/2 cup cold milk)
1 cup = 250 ml


Dissolve jelly powder in 1 cup boiling water, mix well till granules dissolve, set aside and cool.
Whip up the whipping cream till peaks are formed. Keep in refrigerator.
In a mixer add pineapple rings (6), nestle cream and condensed milk whip up till u get a smooth mixture. Then add prepared jelly and blend again. At this point, you will get a liquid kind mixture.
Pour out the pineapple mixture in a big bowl and slowly stir in the whipping cream. Do not over mix but gently fold it in with help of a spoon. 
Finally, add the chopped pineapple pieces.
Set the dessert in individual serving cups or in a springform baking pan. 
Let it set in the refrigerator for at least 5 to 6 hours. 
Serve chilled.

    Pls clarify on above recipe. Will we be adding hardened jelly from fridge to the whipped smooth mixture?
