1/2 cup cream
2 tablespoon green coriander leaves chopped
2 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon butter + 1tablespoon for garnishing

Grate the paneer coarsely (not fine) and set aside.
Heat oil in a sauce pan and fry garlic till aromatic and then add tomatoes and green chilli. Cook till tomatoes melt completely.
Add all the spices like turmeric, cumin and red chili powder. Stir well and add kasoori methi and tomato ketchup. Roast the masala well and some water if needed. Add salt at this stage and check other seasoning. If u feel u need it more spicy then u can add more green chili.
After cooking the masala for 2 to 3 min add grated paneer and gently stir until well combined with all spices.
