Tabbouleh ~ Arabic Style Parsley Salad

Tabbouleh ~ Arabic Style Parsley Salad

Tabbouleh is a middle eastern salad made of fresh parsley and soaked burghul or bulgur wheat. In some of the countries, the fine broken wheat is just soaked in boiling water for some time before adding it to the salad. Whereas in few countries it is cooked and then added to the salad. Addition of mint leaves along with parsley gives the salad a refreshing taste.
