Lemon Tiramisu

Lemon Tiramisu is a no-bake dessert where finger biscuits are soaked in lemonade and topped with lemon flavored cream.

Ingredients

  • 2 sachet whipping powder 3 cups of sweetened whipping cream
  • 1 cup cold milk only if you are using whipping powder
  • 3 tbsp condensed milk 1 mini tin1 tin of nestle cream
  • 200 grams mascarpone cheese
  • ½ tsp lemon essence
  • 1 cup lemonade lemon juice+water+sugar
  • Pinch of yellow colour
  • 1 tsp lemon rind lemon peel grated1 big packet of Vincenzi finger biscuits
  • Chocolate Shavings for garnishing

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl whip up the dream whip powder with milk until peaks are formed and keep it in the fridge. Take 1 cup of whipped cream and stuff into a piping bag. Reserve the remaining cream.
  • In another mixing bowl with an electric beater, blend together cheese, condensed milk, cream, lemon essence, color, and lemon rind.
  • Without using the electric beater just fold in the whipped cream into the cheese mixture using a spoon.
  • Take the serving dish, soak each biscuit into the lemonade and place next to each other.
  • Pour over half of the cheese mixture over the biscuits.
  • Repeat another layer of soaked biscuits and the rest of the cheese mixture over it.
  • Finally, garnish with chocolate shavings and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hrs until completely set.
  • Serve chilled.
