In a chopper add mince, onion, tomato, garlic, salt, Arabic spice, parsley, lemon juice and salt and chop into a fine mixture. (this step is important because only then the mince will actually get cooked well). If you don’t have a chopper you can use the dry grinder of your mixer. Preheat a grill pan.
Take bread and separate the two layers and spread the mince mixture into a thin layer on one of the bread layers. Keep some slices of onion and tomatoes over the mixture and sprinkle red chili flakes if you want it spicier.Drizzle some olive oil and place the second layer and press with your hands so that both the layers stick well.
Place the stuffed bread on the grill pan and cook with a lid over it. Cook on both sides for 5 min each on low flame.
Serve hot with Hummus, moutabbal, or Tahina sauce.
