Baked Hash Brown
Easy to make baked hash brown with flavors of garlic and parsley, topped with cheese and butter.

- 1 large potato
- 1 medium onion
- 50 grams cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 green chili
- 1 teaspoon grated garlic
- 50 grams butter
- Pinch of nutmeg
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Boil the potatoes until 80% cooked, grate and set aside.
In a saucepan, heat some butter add grated garlic, onion and fry till soft and then add rest of the ingredients.
Add this mixture to the potatoes and set it in a baking dish. Sprinkle cheese over it and bake for 15 min at 100 deg c.
Serve hot for breakfast or brunch.
