Ingredients

  • 1 large potato
  • 1 medium onion
  • 50 grams cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1 green chili
  • 1 teaspoon grated garlic
  • 50 grams butter
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  • Boil the potatoes until 80% cooked, grate and set aside.
  • In a saucepan, heat some butter add grated garlic, onion and fry till soft and then add rest of the ingredients.
  • Add this mixture to the potatoes and set it in a baking dish. Sprinkle cheese over it and bake for 15 min at 100 deg c.
  • Serve hot for breakfast or brunch.
