Berries & Chia Seeds Parfait is a very simple and easy recipe especially for those who are more conscious of what they eat. The whole parfait is packed with berries rich in anti-oxidants, with yogurt and chia seeds.
Soak chia seeds in 1/4 cup water for 1 hour. Add more water if needed.
Take a bowl and mix yogurt, honey, and soaked chia seeds.
Take two large serving glasses or bowls. In each glass pour yogurt mixture, and then a layer of strawberry puree, followed by chopped banana, chopped strawberries, and blueberries. Place in the refrigerator if you like it chilled.
