Bread Aloo Dahi Chat
Bread Aloo Dahi Chat is a quick fix and easy dish for evening snacks. Toasted bread slices are layered with potatoes, salad, yogurt and chutneys.

- 4 bread slices
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 1 to mato finely chopped
- 1 small carrot grated
- ¼ cup chopped coriander
- 1 large potato boiled & cut into small pieces
- 1 cup nylon chat sev
- 2 tablespoon tamarind chutney
- 2 tablespoons green chutney
- 1 tablespoon chat masala powder
For sweet & spicy yogurt: (mix together in a bowl)
- ¼ teaspoon red chili powder
- 2 cups whisked yogurt
- ¼ teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon chat masala powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Cut the sides of the bread slices and cut each slice into four pieces. Heat a pan and toast the slices on both sides. Remove on a serving dish.
Make a layer of boiled potatoes over the toast, followed by chat masala powder, half of the chopped onion, and half of the chopped tomato.
Pour a generous amount of whisked sweet and spicy yogurt over the layers.
Top it with tamarind chutney, green chutney, chopped onion, tomato, grated carrot, and sev.
Serve immediately.
