Chop the chicken into strips.
Heat 2 tbsp butter and 1 tsp cooking oil and add 3 cloves of garlic finely chopped. Fry till it slightly changes color.
Now add chopped chicken pieces along with salt and 1 tsp black pepper powder. Fry till the chicken pieces are fully cooked.
Lower the heat and slowly add 2 cups of cooking cream and stir well, along with 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese, 1 tsp dried oregano and 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
Check the seasoning and bring the sauce to a slow boil. Once it starts boiling, reduce the heat and cook for 2 more minutes.
Add the cooked pasta, little at a time, just as much as needed for the sauce. Add pasta to the sauce just before serving.
Serve Alfredo Pasta hot by sprinkling some more grated Parmesan cheese on top.
Notes
Note: If the pasta becomes too dry, you can always add some warm milk to it.
