Chicken Tikka Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded chicken tikka
  • 1 small onion sliced
  • 2 lettuce leaves chopped
  • 1 to mato sliced deseeded
  • 1 capsicum julienned
  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon mustard sauce
  • 2 pickled jalapeno peppers. mild green chilies
  • 2 maida or whole wheat rotis or rumali roti

Instructions

  • In a bowl mix together mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, mustard and pickled peppers.
  • Take a roti spread the mayonnaise mixture all over it. On one side keep the shredded chicken, onion, capsicum, tomatoes, and lettuce.
  • Roll over the roti and tuck its one end with a tooth pick and place it on a hot grill pan. Remove the tooth pick cut it diagonally and serve hot.
