Creamy Chicken Sandwich

Creamy style Chicken sandwich with added tahini to give a nutty flavor, to be served cold and ideal for High Tea parties.

Ingredients

  • 6 slices of sandwich bread

For Creamy Chicken Stuffing

  • 1 cup boiled and shredded chicken
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp tahini sauce sesame paste
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese
  • ½ cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

  • Mix all the above stuffing ingredients in a medium bowl. Taste and check the seasoning. You can also add some shredded carrots if you wish.
  • Take a slice of bread, spread the chicken mixture and place the other slice over it. Slightly toast on a hot pan and serve.
