Ingredients
1ripe avocado
3tablespoonchopped onion
1small tomato chopped
2tablespoonchopped coriander leaves
¼teaspoonchopped garlic
1tablespoonlemon juice
¼teaspooncumin powder
¼teaspoonsalt
1tablespoonchopped jalapenosfresh/pickled
Other ingredients
1tablespoonyogurt
½teaspoonred chili powder
1tablespoonolive oil
Instructions
Cut open a ripe avocado and discard the seed. Remove the pulp with the help of a spoon into a bowl. Mash the pulp well until creamy and smooth.
Add the rest of the ingredients to the mashed avocado and mix well.
Keep in the refrigerator for 30 minutes and serve chilled with nachos, tacos or as salad dressing.
