My version and a copycat recipe of the signature dish of Gadbad served in Ideal Ice Cream Parlor in Mangalore. An Ice Cream dessert layerd with fruits and jelly served in tall glass topped with dry fruits and nuts.
Prepare the jelly according to the instruction on the box and set it in the fridge.
Take 2 tall glasses and make a layer of mixed fruits, pour a layer of custard, some jelly cubes again a layer of fruits, a layer of 2 scoops of two different flavors of ice cream, whipping cream, strawberry sauce and sprinkle a generous amount of toasted nuts.
