A delicious and healthy dip made with cooked chickpeas, sesame, and loads of green olives. This hummus pairs perfectly with any barbeque dish.

Ingredients
2cupboiled chickpeas
3tablespoontahini*sesame paste
2clovesof garlic
¾cupchopped green olives
½teaspoonred chili powder
¼teaspooncumin powder
2tablespoonlemon juice
3tablespoonolive oil
1tablespoonolive oil for garnishing
¼cupchopped parsley
¼teaspoonsalt
Instructions
In a chopper add boiled chickpeas, tahini, garlic chopped, red chili powder, cumin powder, lemon juice, 3 tablespoon olive oil, salt, and grind to a smooth paste along with some water if needed. Then add chopped olives and grind again but in pulse motion for a few seconds.
Remove in a bowl and stir in chopped parsley. Garnish the hummus by pouring some more olive oil on top along with some chopped parsley and olives.
