Heat oil and butter in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let it crackle.
Now add ginger and garlic and fry for few seconds till aromatic.
Then add onion along with green chilies and fry till onions are soft and pink.
Add tomatoes and cook till oil separates. Now add spices like turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, kasoori methi, and a mixture of tomato puree and yogurt. Stir well and add capsicum and onion cubes.
Place the lid and cook along with salt on a low flame. In this dish, we don’t have to add any water so try to keep the flame low.
Avoid overcooking of capsicum, so accordingly open the lid and add tomato sauce, paneer cubes, and garam masala powder.
Stir well and finally add fresh cream, chopped mint
