Lemon & Mint Cooler

A very easy and refreshing drink which you can prepare in a jiffy. Good thing about this drink is that its not only refreshing but also good for digestion, maybe after a heavy meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 can chilled soda or chilled water
  • 4 tbsp sugar or less
  • 5 Ice cubes
  • 10 mint leaves
  • 5 slices of fresh ginger
  • 2 lemons squeezed Juice of 2 lemons
  • ½ tsp chat masala powder optional

Instructions

  • Crush together mint leaves, ginger, and sugar till you get a paste.
  • Pour crushed A handful the serving glasses.
  • Place ice cubes in each glass and pour chilled soda.
  • Sprinkle with some chat masala powder and serve.
