Crush the biscuits into fine crumbs and add melted butter. Mix well and set it aside.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
Take a medium-size baking dish (9 by 13 inches) with butter paper or greased with butter or oil and spread the biscuit and butter mixture as a base evenly. It depends on how thick you like this base to be. I prefer a thin base… you can either make a thin base or a slightly thicker one. For a thick base, use a smaller baking dish.
Pour a full or 3/4th can of condensed milk as a second layer and spread evenly. You can reduce the quantity according to your preference.
And then make even layers of chocolate chips, coconut, and walnuts accordingly. Make sure the chocolate chip layer should not be the top layer as it might burn easily.
Once the layers are set, it is very important to press down everything firmly so that it becomes easy to cut into bars later.
Bake the cookie sheet in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes or till the top layer is golden brown. Keep checking as it might get burnt if the oven temperature is high.
Remove from oven and cool it completely. If you start cutting even before it has cooled down…it might break into crumbs.
