Refreshing and healthy raita with a Mango twist. This yogurt-based mango salad goes well with any biryani or main course dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whisked yogurt
  • ½ cup mango puree
  • ½ teaspoon red chili powder
  • ¼ teaspoon cumin powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper powder
  • ½ teaspoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon chat masala powder
  • ½ cup chopped mangoes
  • 1 onion chopped small size
  • ¼ cup chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 green chili finely chopped

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine together yogurt, mango puree, red chili powder, cumin powder, black pepper powder, sugar, salt, and chat masala powder. Stir well.

  • To this add chopped mango, chopped onion, chopped coriander, and chopped green chili.

  • Chill in the refrigerator for 1-hour ad serve as a side with any biryani or main course.
