Heat oil in a saucepan and fry garlic, green chilies and onion till onion turns light brown. Add cabbage, carrot, capsicum and stir well on high heat for 3 min.
Then add lemon juice, amchur, garam masala powder, cumin powder,black pepper, black salt and salt . Cook for a min , set aside and let it cool.
In a large mixing bowl combine mashed potato, cooked veggies, cheese, cashew nut powder and chana dal powder and mix well.
Check the seasoning and adjust accordingly. Refrigerate for 30 min.
Take a spoonful of mixture on your palms and shape them into seekh and insert a wooden skewer through it.
Shallow fry the kabobs on medium-low heat on a non-stick pan till golden on all sides.
Serve hot with green chutney.
