No-Bake Pineapple Dessert

Refreshing and easy to make no-bake pineapple dessert to be served chilled.

Ingredients

  • 6 pineapple rings small tin
  • ½ cup chopped pineapple tin
  • 160 gm nestle cream or 1 cup thick cream
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk 1/2 of big tin
  • 1 packet pineapple jelly
  • 2 cups whipped cream 1 sachet dream whip powder in 1/2 cup cold milk

Instructions

  • Dissolve jelly powder in 1 cup boiling water, mix well till granules dissolve, set aside and cool.
  • Whip up the whipping cream till peaks are formed. Keep in refrigerator.
  • In a mixer add pineapple rings (6), nestle cream and condensed milk whip up till u get a smooth mixture. Then add prepared jelly and blend again. At this point, you will get a liquid kind mixture.
  • Pour out the pineapple mixture in a big bowl and slowly stir in the whipping cream. Do not over mix but gently fold it in with help of a spoon.
  • Finally, add the chopped pineapple pieces.
  • Set the dessert in individual serving cups or in a springform baking pan.
  • Let it set in the refrigerator for at least 5 to 6 hours.
  • Serve chilled.

Notes

Tips: Make sure to use only tinned pineapple. By using fresh pineapple pieces, the dessert can curdle because of its sourness.
