Ingredients
2cupsmango pureegrind mango without adding water
2cupschilled whipping creamor any full fat cream
1can condensed milk395 gms
Instructions
Cook the mango puree on low flame for 10 to 15 minutes till all the water in the mango evaporates and you get a thick pulp. Set aside and cool completely.
Whip the cream using a hand beater or manually till the cream thickens and forms peaks.
In a large bowl, mix together mango puree and condensed milk. Then slowly add whipped cream a little at a time. Mix well till well combined.
Pour in a freezer-proof container and cover with a lid or a cling wrap. Freeze for 5 hours, remove from freezer and stir again. Return the container back to the freezer to set it completely.
Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving. Serve chilled.
