Oreo Cheese Cake Shots is a no-bake dessert served in individual shot glasses with base of crushed oreo biscuits topped with cream cheese and oreo crumbs mixture.

Ingredients

  • 300 grams Philadelphia cream cheese or any other cream cheese
  • 200 grams condensed milk
  • 3 cups of whipped cream
  • 12 Oreo biscuits crushed
  • Grated dark chocolate for garnishing
  • 8 Oreo biscuits for garnishing

Instructions

  • Make a large mixing bowl and whip the cream cheese using a cake beater until it becomes light and fluffy. Slowly add condensed milk and blend well. Add 1 cup of whipped cream to the cheese mixture and mix lightly. Finally, add 1 cup of crushed Oreo biscuits, mix well and stuff it into a large piping bag.
  • Take 8 shot glasses or any serving dish and make a layer of crushed Oreo biscuits in each shot glass. Make a second layer of cream cheese mixture using a piping bag. Make a third layer of remaining whipped cream also using a piping bag.
  • Finally, garnish each shot glass with grated chocolate and Oreo biscuits.
  • Set it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
