Make a large mixing bowl and whip the cream cheese using a cake beater until it becomes light and fluffy. Slowly add condensed milk and blend well. Add 1 cup of whipped cream to the cheese mixture and mix lightly. Finally, add 1 cup of crushed Oreo biscuits, mix well and stuff it into a large piping bag.

Take 8 shot glasses or any serving dish and make a layer of crushed Oreo biscuits in each shot glass. Make a second layer of cream cheese mixture using a piping bag. Make a third layer of remaining whipped cream also using a piping bag.

Finally, garnish each shot glass with grated chocolate and Oreo biscuits.

Set it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
