Potato & Chutney Sandwich is for those fussy kids who do not like to have raw vegetables in the sandwich. Very easy to make sandwich with loads of flavors yet simple.

Ingredients
2slicesof bread
1large potato boiled and sliced
1cheese slice
1tbspof Mayonnaise
2tbspof Mint Chutney
Mint Chutney (grind together):
1tspgrated garlic
1tspgrated ginger
2green chillies
1tsplemon juice | or tamarind pulp
Salt to taste
1cupmint leaves
1cupgreen coriander
1sliceof bread torn into pieces
Instructions
Spread mayonnaise on 1 slice of the bread.
Place slices of boiled potato and cheese.
Spread chutney on the other slice of bread and place it over the potato & cheese.
