Potato & Chutney Sandwich

Potato & Chutney Sandwich is for those fussy kids who do not like to have raw vegetables in the sandwich. Very easy to make sandwich with loads of flavors yet simple.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 large potato boiled and sliced
  • 1 cheese slice
  • 1 tbsp of Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp of Mint Chutney

Mint Chutney (grind together):

  • 1 tsp grated garlic
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1 tsp lemon juice | or tamarind pulp
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup mint leaves
  • 1 cup green coriander
  • 1 slice of bread torn into pieces

Instructions

  • Spread mayonnaise on 1 slice of the bread.
  • Place slices of boiled potato and cheese.
  • Spread chutney on the other slice of bread and place it over the potato & cheese.
  • Cut the sandwich into 4 pieces.
