Quick Rava Toast is an easy style of preparing breakfast in less than 30 minutes where bread slices are layered with a mixture of semolina and yogurt along with other spices and then toasted till golden.

Ingredients
½cupsemolinarava
3tbspyogurt
1garlic clove finely chopped
¼tspchat masala powder
2green chilies chopped
2tbspchopped coriander leaves
2tbspdiced capsicum
¼cupgrated carrot
2tbspfinely chopped tomato
2tbspfinely chopped onion
½tspsalt
8slicesof bread
Butter as needed
Instructions
In a large bowl mix together all the first 11 ingredients.
Take a bread slice and spread a spoonful of the yogurt mixture evenly over the whole slice.
Heat 1 tsp of butter in a pan, toast the bread slice with the yogurt mixture side down.
Toast until the bread slice gets crispy and light golden. Flip the slice and cook on the other side as well.
