Ingredients
For Shish Taouk Kabab:
500gramsboneless chicken pieces
3tbspyogurt
1tspcrushed garlic
2tspblack pepper powder
1tspgaram masala powder
2tbspolive oil
1tbsplemon juice
1tsppaprikaor chili powder
¾teaspoonsalt
3tbspcooking oil
For garlic tahini sauce: (Mix together in a bowl)
1tbspyogurt
1tspmayonnaise
1tsptahinasesame paste
¼tspgarlic paste
1tsplemon juice
¼teaspoonsalt
Other Ingredients:
4TortillasMaida Roti
5lettuce chopped
1large tomatosliced
1cuppickled Jalapenos
2tbspcooking oil for toasting
Instructions
For Kababs
Marinate the chicken pieces with yogurt, garlic, black pepper powder, garam masala powder, paprika, olive oil, lemon juice and salt for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Heat 5 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan and cook the marinated chicken till it is fully done. Set aside.
For Kabab Rolls
Take a tortilla or roti and keep some chopped lettuce leaves, tomato slices, pickled jalapenos, cooked kabab pieces, and some garlic tahini sauce over it. Roll the tortilla and grill or toast in a pan with little cooking oil on it.
