Spicy Raita (Yogurt Dip)
A refreshing summer dip with yogurt mixed with crunchy salad seasoned with Indian spices. This dip is best served with biryani and kababs.

- 1 cucumber chopped
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 1 small tomato chopped
- 1 green chili finely chopped
- ¼ cup chopped fresh coriander leaves
- 4 tbsp yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
- ½ tsp chili powder
- ¾ tsp salt
Mix everything in a large mixing bowl and then transfer to a serving dish.
Cover with a cling wrap and refrigerate for 30 min.
Serve chilled with Biryani or Tikkas.
