Ingredients
2slicesof bread
1 tomato
1cheese slice
1tbspmayonnaise
2tbspmint chutney
Mint Chutney (grind together)
1tspgrated garlic
1tspgrated ginger
2green chillies
1tsplemon juice
½tspsalt
1cupmint leaves
1cupgreen coriander
1sliceof bread torn into pieces
Instructions
Spread mayonnaise on 1 slice of the bread.
Place a slice of tomato and cheese.
Spread chutney on the other slice of bread and place it over the tomato & cheese.
