A very ideal recipe for packing lunch or can be enjoyed as breakfast as well as a quick dinner for your guest. Pre-cooked shami kababs are stuffed into whole wheat bread along with chutney and crunchy salad, toasted to make it crispy.

Ingredients
3piecesChicken Shami Kababs
3Rotis | or readymade tortillas | or any kind of flatbread
1cupgrated cheese
½cupgreen mint chutney
1capsicum slicedoptional
1tomato sliced
1onion sliced
3leavesof lettuce chopped
½cupfinely shredded cabbage
For mint chutney: (grind together)
1tspgrated garlic
1tspgrated ginger
2green chilies
1tsplemon juice
Salt to taste
1cupmint leaves
1cupgreen coriander
1sliceof bread soaked in water
Instructions
Place a frying pan with 1 tbsp oil or butter over the heat.
Spread 1 tbsp of chutney over the roti.
Keep all the chopped vegetables of your choice.
Place a kabab in a vertical position. (you may have to cut the kabab into 2 halves and place it one below another)
Sprinkle grated cheese over kabab as much as you like.
Roll the roti or flatbread into a tight roll and place it over the hot pan and roast it to get a crispy coating.
