Easy Tiramisu

Tiramisu is a classic no-bake dessert made by layering coffee-soaked finger biscuits along with a creamy mixture. This easy recipe has no egg.

Ingredients

  • 72 grams 2 sachets of Dream whip powder 1 sachet is 36 grams
  • 250 ml cold milk 1 cup
  • ½ tin condensed milk 1 tin is 370 grams
  • 1 tin nestle cream 160 grams
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 2 cups apple juice
  • 1 teaspoon coffee powder
  • 1 big packet of Vicenzovo finger biscuits 15 to 20 pieces
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  • In a cup blend apple juice and coffee.
  • Take a deep glass mixing bowl and combine Dream whip powder, cold milk, condensed milk, vanilla and cream with help of a cake beater. Blend till u get a smooth thick consistency (approx. 4 min or less).
  • Take the serving dish preferably a see-through one. Layer the finger biscuits side by side and sprinkle the apple juice mixture until they are semi-soaked (4 tbsp of coffee juice on each biscuit). Add a second layer of the prepared cream and sprinkle cocoa powder.
  • Repeat the procedure until you get three layers. Finally sprinkle cocoa powder generously on the final layer.
  • Refrigerate for minimum 1 hour. (more the better)
  • Serve chilled.
