72grams2 sachets of Dream whip powder 1 sachet is 36 grams
250mlcold milk1 cup
½tincondensed milk1 tin is 370 grams
1tinnestle cream160 grams
½teaspoonvanilla essence
2cupsapple juice
1teaspooncoffee powder
1big packet of Vicenzovo finger biscuits15 to 20 pieces
3 tbspcocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
In a cup blend apple juice and coffee.
Take a deep glass mixing bowl and combine Dream whip powder, cold milk, condensed milk, vanilla and cream with help of a cake beater. Blend till u get a smooth thick consistency (approx. 4 min or less).
Take the serving dish preferably a see-through one. Layer the finger biscuits side by side and sprinkle the apple juice mixture until they are semi-soaked (4 tbsp of coffee juice on each biscuit). Add a second layer of the prepared cream and sprinkle cocoa powder.
Repeat the procedure until you get three layers. Finally sprinkle cocoa powder generously on the final layer.
