Easy Tiramisu
Tiramisu is a classic no-bake dessert made by layering coffee-soaked finger biscuits along with a creamy mixture. This easy recipe has no egg.
Ingredients
- 72 grams 2 sachets of Dream whip powder 1 sachet is 36 grams
- 250 ml cold milk 1 cup
- ½ tin condensed milk 1 tin is 370 grams
- 1 tin nestle cream 160 grams
- ½ teaspoon vanilla essence
- 2 cups apple juice
- 1 teaspoon coffee powder
- 1 big packet of Vicenzovo finger biscuits 15 to 20 pieces
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- In a cup blend apple juice and coffee.
- Take a deep glass mixing bowl and combine Dream whip powder, cold milk, condensed milk, vanilla and cream with help of a cake beater. Blend till u get a smooth thick consistency (approx. 4 min or less).
- Take the serving dish preferably a see-through one. Layer the finger biscuits side by side and sprinkle the apple juice mixture until they are semi-soaked (4 tbsp of coffee juice on each biscuit). Add a second layer of the prepared cream and sprinkle cocoa powder.
- Repeat the procedure until you get three layers. Finally sprinkle cocoa powder generously on the final layer.
- Refrigerate for minimum 1 hour. (more the better)
- Serve chilled.
