Shahi Tukda is a Mughlai style festive dessert. Super easy and a crowd-pleasing dessert by frying bread slice rolls in ghee and soaking in rich milk called Rabri. Garnish with loads of nuts and saffron and make your festivals special.

Ingredients
6bread slices
1cupgrated mozzarella cheese
Ghee for frying
Chopped nuts for garnish
For Sugar Syrup
1cupof water
½cupof sugar
3piecescardamom
Soaking Milk Ingredients:
1 ½cupsmilk
½cupcondensed milk
¼cupcream
For nuts Filling: (grind together)

5walnuts
10almonds
10pistachios
Instructions
For Sugar syrup: Heat a saucepan and add sugar, water, and cardamom. Bring to a boil and cook the syrup for 5 minutes on medium heat.
For soaking milk: Mix together milk, condensed milk, and cream in a saucepan. Bring to a gentle boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and set aside till the soaking milk comes to room temperature.
Cut the sides of bread slices and roll out into thin sheets. Stuff the slices with your choice of stuffing like mixed nuts or mozzarella cheese.
Heat ghee in a wide pan and fry the bread rolls until golden. Remove from pan and soak in sugar syrup for a few seconds. Place the sugar syrup soaked bread rolls in a serving plate and serve with soaking saffron milk.
You may also place the rolls on a large serving dish, pour the saffron milk and serve chilled.
