Preheat oven to 180C.
Take a bowl and whip together butter and both the sugars until well blended and fluffy. One by one, add the eggs and whisk again.
Pour in the vanilla essence and mix well.
Take a separate bowl and sift together all the dry ingredients.
Add all the dry ingredients to the bowl with the wet ingredients.
Throw in the chocolate chips and chopped Snickers.
Use a medium cookie scoop to scoop two mounds of dough per cookie (3 tablespoons total) and roll dough into balls.
Grease the baking tray with coconut oil or line it with a buttered sheet.
Put the mixture in the fridge for 15-20 minutes so that it solidifies a little.
Make balls out of the dough (Each ball is made from 2 tsp of the dough) and bake in the preheated oven till they turn light brown. I baked mine for 12 minutes.
The cookies will be soft when done. Let them cool on the baking tray for 2 minutes and then place them on the wire rack.
