Copper Fried Chicken

Watch Copper Fried Chicken Here
I have no idea as to why this is called Copper Fried Chicken. I assume the color should be the reason for its name. We always try to find different ways of preparing the chicken sometimes green, red, or yellow. So why not try this copper one.
It pairs very well with a simple daal chawal (steamed rice) and then if you crave some nonveg at the side. The main rule to be followed here is that pieces should be cut into small pieces, marinated well, and please please do not fry it. The secret is that it should be well cooked and juicy from the inside and crispy from the outside.
