Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich

Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich
Philly Cheesesteak sandwich also is known as Philadelphia Cheesesteak sandwich, as the name says it all originates from Philadelphia. But now this sandwich is popular throughout the world, due to its simplicity and amazing taste. Nothing fancy about this one. What we need to do is just slice up a cooked steak and combine it with some melted cheese and veggies to go with it. I have not seen any variation or any different recipe for this. In my recipe, I have not used any steak. What I have done is simply chopped up some boneless veal into thin slices and cooked them with salt, pepper, and some soy sauce. This recipe also calls for a cheese called Provolone cheese, I was not able to find it so I decided to substitute it with Monterey Jack Cheese or another substitute could be – a mixture of mozzarella and cheddar cheese and that worked perfectly fine with it. You can also make this sandwich using chicken instead of meat.
