A refreshing combination of sweet and spicy salad made with fresh mangoes and strawberries. Enjoy this summer salad with chips or as a nacho topping.
Ingredients
- 1 large mango chopped
- 5 large chopped strawberries
- 1 small green capsicum chopped
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- ¼ cup finely chopped coriander leaves
- 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey optional
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Combine all the above ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Serve chilled.
