Grilled Chicken Sandwich

Grilled Chicken Sandwich

This Grilled Chicken Sandwich is all you need for a satisfying breakfast or lunch.

I love this chicken sandwich as it turns out delicious and very easy to make. There is nothing fancy about the stuffing. And if you are one of those who like to do meal prep by storing cooked shredded chicken in the freezer, this sandwich is a breeze.

How to prep and store the stuffing for the Grilled Chicken Sandwich?

Grilled Chicken Sandwich

If you are planning to make it for breakfast or for the lunch box, it is always better to prepare the stuffing the previous day. Once I am done with cooking the stuffing, I just leave it to cool to room temperature. Then store it in a glass container in the refrigerator. It stays good for 2 to 3 days.

If you need to store it for more days, it is always better to place it in a zip-lock bag and freeze it.
