Having just fruit can be boring sometimes. To make it more interesting and delicious Creamy Fruit Yogurt Salad is the solution.
This Creamy Fruit Yogurt Salad can be made instantly by just using the canned fruits. You can also use a mix of canned, as well as fresh fruits to bring more variety to the dish. I prefer making this salad during the summer season and even as an Iftar dish during Ramadan.
The good thing about this fruit salad is, that we do not use too much cream. Instead, we use hung curd along with some condensed milk as a sweetener. You are free to use any other form of sweetener too, like honey or fruit jam.
Creamy Fruit Yogurt Salad is always served chilled. You can either serve this as a dessert or even as a healthy evening snack.
